Test premium quality

Our philosophy

FOR THE LITTLE ONES

We strive for really good products.
We have the future in mind with every decision we make.
We try to produce everything as sustainably as possible in order to have as little impact on the environment as possible.
When you choose a PAULI & CO® product, you are following these standards:

Nico Dannenbring & Martin Hauser

Our philosophy

All PAULI & CO® products are of the highest quality for the longest possible service life.
This automatically results in less waste and, of course, we also use significantly fewer resources.
That is why we have also decided to offer a cycle with products that have already been used once, despite our premium standards.
They are biologically cleaned and sealing parts are replaced.
Our high-quality products therefore live up to their claim of lasting a long time.

And if something should break on your PAULI & CO® product, they are designed so that many parts can be easily replaced.
Simply contact us and we will replace the affected parts within a few days.
This means you don’t have to part with your beloved item so quickly or you can pass it on to your family and friends yourself.

Tested safety

We don’t just abide by the law and ensure that our products meet your requirements, needs and wishes to the highest degree.
In addition to good quality, PAULI & CO® products naturally meet the highest standards for products free of harmful substances.
For example, our sewn products are fully OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 Class 1 certified.
This means that all processed materials meet the highest standards for baby and children’s products and are free from harmful substances and chemicals.
It is therefore not enough for us to simply buy a certified fabric; unlike our competitors, we pay attention to all the materials we use.
In addition, safety-relevant products and components are thoroughly tested by DEKRA’s Institute for Materials Technology and Failure Analysis.
In doing so, we not only rely on DIN regulations, but also supplement them with many of our own considerations.
The springs of our baby cradles, for example, have been subjected to a special stress test with 2,000,000 pulls in addition to the usual test procedures.

Socially responsible working environments and regionality

We want to manufacture our products as fairly and regionally as possible.
That is why they are produced exclusively in Hamburg and the surrounding area and we use suppliers who are as close to us as possible and often also have a non-profit background.
In this way, we not only ensure a significantly smaller ecological footprint, but also fair and well-paid work.
Under no circumstances do we want to produce in low-wage countries in Asia purely for reasons of profit and thus possibly promote child labor.
Therefore, please pay attention to the care labels in the product.
The countries of manufacture are shown there, even for other manufacturers.

Avoidance of plastic packaging

We use as little plastic as possible for the transportation and storage of your PAULI & CO® product.
We would prefer to use no plastic at all!
We already achieve this in all processes that we can control ourselves.
In your shipping carton, for example, or when storing the products in our warehouse.
We select our suppliers according to the most environmentally friendly production possible and try to point out the importance of this for us in every conversation.

In addition to the direct possibilities of avoiding plastic, we are focusing more on natural materials.
For example, you will find the best natural virgin wool in our mattresses.
We are already involved in the shearing of the sheep and sort this raw material ourselves.
It is then subjected to OEKO-TEX® certified cleaning and combed as a fleece.
So we deliberately go the extra mile to avoid using simple polyester fleece as a filling.
And it’s even more fun.

Sustainably grown solid wood and cotton from controlled organic cultivation

For our products, we rely on natural, purely ecologically grown and processed materials – preferably from the region.
We use sustainably grown wood from Europe for our wooden elements.
They are manufactured in small local joineries, sanded to a fine finish and treated with oil specially developed for children’s products.

Our fabrics are made from certified organic cotton and produced in the best weaving mills in Europe.
They are particularly robustly woven to ensure a long service life.
For our feather cradles, for example, we use a fabric with a weight of 280g per square meter.
This makes it two and a half times more durable and form-fitting than other cradles.

Innovation and attention to detail

We only develop the best products for your children and ours.
This takes time and intensive development work – and a great deal of passion.
We draw this from our personal experience as parents, which we incorporate into each of our products.
Combined with the expert know-how of midwives and physiotherapists and our passion for innovation, we create ingenious product ideas.
We try to generate extra benefits for you with every product and to develop a particularly good-looking and functional product.

We also love what we do – you can feel that in our products.
It’s the little things that characterize our work and that should enchant you.
So we work on every fine detail – for special products.
From the practical hotel clasp on the cradle to the small sage-green decorative buttons and the handmade brand in the wood: our products are not only of the highest quality, but also contain just as much passion.

Experience this small, subtle difference for yourself!
